Dawud Hamzah is a Youth Motivational Speaker from Cleveland, OH, who empowers and helps adolescents & young adults unlock their true potential. He actively speaks at schools and detention centers and has inspired many young souls to step up and build better lives. Raised in a modest home, Dawud is one of eight siblings and had to work his way to affluence. Home-schooled till the age of 16, he lacked the academic background needed to build a successful career. To overcome this deficiency, he leveraged the attributes of leadership, work ethic, and self-discipline to win. Dawud Hamzah rose from earning six dollars an hour to an annual six figures income with only having a GED as his high level of education. By the age of 30, he had achieved astounding success in the retail industry. Dawud owes his incredible success to principles he learned along the way. From personal development audios, books and exposure to the right environments he embodied the secrets of building a prosperous and satisfying life. Through his H.Y.P.E. program (Helping You Produce Excellence), he now shares his knowledge with adolescents & young adults who are in search of inspiration and a reason to not give up on life. Dawud Hamzah speaks to help both adolescents and young adults break barriers and overcome obstacles that prevent them from achieving success. He helps them develop a positive mindset and connect with their inner Excellence. Advocating the slogan “Inspiring Kids to Inspire Kids”, Dawud yearns to see his lessons spread from one kid to another to inspire millions around the world. Over the years, he has spoken at a dozen schools and multiple detention centers throughout the Greater Cleveland area. In addition to his tenure teaching and speaking, Dawud Hamzah is a loving husband, father of two, and licensed life insurance broker who lives to serve.
